What a great idea, and I can say that Barceloneta is a very good location; close to the beach and the Gothic Quarter for those interested.

Indeed @neukolin, La Barceloneta is a very good location. Nop, there is not a blind...yet. Actually I'm enjoying all the light/sun I can. My previous flat was very dark :( But, no worries... Curtain time is coming. :)
