It seems that breweries do like to embrace the past more than a lot of other types of company. For example West in Glasgow have taken up shop in an old carpet factory.
It obviously isn't anywhere near as extravagant as Feldschlossen but is still a pretty cool old building nonetheless.
They definitely don't make them like they used to. The new factories around here all look like stainless steel monstrosities bellowing thick white smoke.
You have office space in there? Perhaps a post with a tour would be in order!
Definitely a good idea for a post. I will need to see if I can make time for it. I have only been in the bar part of the brewery. The smells that are in there are amazing and the beer is pretty good too.
A post about beer and architecture is a winning combination!
