Can The Bible Claims Be True?
Is it outdated, or is it really the most relevant and pratical of books-in effect, a living book?
In a way, the Bible is like a remarkable monument. It is a very ancient book-other than most.
There are other ancient books, of course. But like eroded old monuments,most old writings have been badly damaged by the passage of time.
The Bible stands out as different. The writing of it bagan over 35 centuries ago, yet the Bible is intact. And though it has been attacked again and again over the centuries-burned,banned,and betittled-its statements have wealthered every onslaught.
Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater.
55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
55:12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Far from being proved obsolete in the face of new knowledge, the Bible says much that shows amazing forsight. It shows the values we need today; is shows love of peace, mercy,racial harmony, respect for the earth and most importantly why we should render help to the helpless giving them hope for a better today.

The word of God is spirit and life,it was inspired by the holyspirit
But the Bible itself does not make such a claim. The Bible does not claim to be inerrant, however it does claim to be true. “The entirety of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever” (Psalm 119:160, NKJV).

One thing I know for sure the Bible is true! When you read it and let God speak to you, Wow, there is nothing like it. True for wisdom, for times of trouble or general direction. I noticed one day that rhe shewbread had two stacked of 6 loaves.. 6 and 6 There are 66 books in our canon of scripture. Is this God showing us we are on the right track.
What people miss is God does not dwell in time like you and I. He has already seen today and seen the end. This is why He can accurately have written books like Daniel and Revelation. He has already seen it like it happened today.
So the book is not outdated or old fashioned. It is current and relevant!

It is magnificent as the 66 books from Genesis to Apolalipsis harmonize with each other, it is the word of God inspired through his Holy Spirit to the men chosen for his writing. Simply beautiful and powerful.
