Thanks to @sirknight , using his given platform i would like to divert your attention toward one of the issues we are going throught right now.
One of the biggest curses from which we are suffering is corruption and bribery. Nepotism is favouring someone not because of his/her professional qualifications but personal relationships. No matter in what field you are from schools to multinational companies you will witness it.
In politics
Nepotism is a typical allegation in governmental issues when the relative of an effective figure rises to comparative power apparently without proper capabilities.
In employment
Nepotism at work can mean expanded open door at a vocation, achieving the activity or being paid more than other correspondingly arranged individuals. Contentions are made both for and against work conceded because of a family association, which is most basic in little, family run organizations. Some one said and i qoute,
"there is no ladder to climb when the top rung is reserved for people with a certain name."
In entertainment
Children of big actors/actresses are given priority in today's world of media. Famous production houses tend to favour their own children irrespective of their abilities.
What should we do
Corruption closes doors for the capable one to come forward, to dream big and to achieve goals. It is our right to dream and to work for it. We have to open doors of opportunities for ourself and for others, it can be done if stand together and if we speak for each other.
