Good judgment is an individual compass for direction around the stones and shores of life.

Good judgment did not depend on hypothesis; it's anything but a theory. It is life carried on, it is revelations made in the cauldron of presence. It is the attempted and tried encounters of mankind.

Presence of mind sits in judgment on the hundreds of years, on each science, each religion, each workmanship, each administration. It depends on what has been demonstrated valid, sound and handy.

Sound judgment is the voice of the ages. It is the refined quintessence of what individuals have found out about existence as communicated in the sayings and proverbs everything being equal. "That individual is cheerful who lives alone work," watched the Egyptian. "Simply scale and full measure harm no individual," recorded the Chinese. "Analyze what is said and not who talks," said the Arabian. "A sit still cerebrum is the fiend's workshop," composed the English. . . .

Presence of mind is down to earth. It is the thing that William James called "the money estimation of a thought." It is a strategy that works, a reality that can be connected.

Presence of mind is the shared factor of insight, the way to right answers.

Good judgment perceives the articulate pointlessness of war, the silliness of utilizing passing, enduring and devastation as a method for settling debate.

Good judgment watches that wrongdoing does not pay, that murder will be discovered, that the law of pay works perseveringly and can't be gotten away.

Good judgment is the stone on which each continuing foundation and association must be fabricated.

Presence of mind is the law of God composed into the idea of the universe. It is the aggregate of the functional discoveries of individuals in their long advancement toward the light.

Presence of mind is dynamic, not static. It changes over the long haul.

The specialty of good judgment is applying the best wisdom we know today based on all our yesterdays.
