God is so far from rejecting the greatest sinner who comes to his senses, repents and gives his life to Christ. God will in no way forget one soul neither will He let that soul die miserably in his sins.

God bought us at a price with the blood of Christ and He cannot afford to lose even one soul. For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:20
This is why God is not delighted in the death of a sinner but his repentance. It has cost God so much to redeeem us from the power of sin and death.
God values every soul and doesn't want anyone to become a lost son. His greatest desire for us to get to heaven and not end up in hell. This is why Jesus was more concerned about saving the lost at all cost. He came to seek and save any lost sheep:

“Suppose one of you has 100 sheep and loses one of them. He leaves the 99 in the wilderness and looks for the one that is lost until he finds it, doesn’t he? When he finds it, he puts it on his shoulders and rejoices. Then he goes home, calls his friends and neighbors together, and says to them, ‘Rejoice with me, because I’ve found my lost sheep!’ In the same way, I tell you that there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over 99 righteous people who don’t need to repent.”Luke 15:4
Jesus shared this beautiful story just to let us understand God's love for every individual soul. In the minds of the Pharisees and the Jews it was a bad thing for Jesus to mingle with tax collecters and other sinners, but Jesus showed wanted to let them know and understand how God cherished every soul even the worst sinner.

The shepered in the story refers to Jesus, who was the Son of man, as well as the eternal Son of God. God's elect are the hundred sheep who are already been saved and do not need any repentance.
No one will be left out when he lost the right way to following Christ. The infinite love of God will still search for everyone who has gone astray or wayward and will bring him to God's sheepfold.

A sinner repenting and returning to God is what brings great joy in heaven for it sign of winning to God. God wants to win and not lose any of His precious creation(man.
This is why He commands us to preach the Gospel to every living person to come to repentance.
God really cares about us, He would not go through of the pain of paying the high price of sending His only begotten son to die for us and then leave us when we depart from the right path. This kind of love already abounds in our heart, let also be more concerned about those who have gone astray and living in sin. Let us also express God's love as we share the Gospel to then and bring them back.
The love of God defines his unique a character over all creatures. Love is the light to all Christian lives. Good one @Collinz

God indeed hates sin which why as Christians we ought to do our very best to stay away from the ungodly
And we can only do so by the help of the Holy Spirit and this why we need more of Him and less of us @nattybongo
It's been God's great plan to redeem the rottenness of mankind into the greatness of His Master Design. He's calling to take away the burden of our sins and addiction. Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!
