Rev. Billy Graham a famous American Preacher of the gospel of Christ and televangelist with millions of followers across the world. Born on the 7th of November, 1918 in his hometown Charlotte, North Carolina. He is blessed with five children.
The work of salvation
All over the world, thousands, if not millions have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal saviour through the gospel and ministry of Billy Graham. Praise be to God for allowing such a number of people to be saved by a sincere and humble servant of the God. Billy had a passion for serving God at such a young age of 16 going from one crusade or revival programme to another. He had so many mentors, but one of his favourite was Mordecai Ham. In the history of American and the world no preacher has reached the record-breaking number of people like Rev. Billy Graham did, he touched lives live during crusades and revival programmes, radio, television and through his written words - books some of them include the Death and the Life After (1994), Angels: God's Secret Agents (1975), How to be Born Again (1979), Living by Faith in an Uncertain World (2006).
His Death
If you term Billy Graham as a “superstar preacher.” You are correct! But we have lost a hero - a true hero of our time. Died on the 21st of February 2018 at his home in North Caroline. The question is can anyone reach out to more people as he has done? For sure, through the grace of God bestowed upon men he promised He would raise great and mighty men that will preach the gospel of Christ to all nation of the earth. And that all men will have a change of heart and accept Christ wholeheartedly without going back to sin no more.
Romans 6:14 ESV For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.
Furthermore, Jesus said in the scripture that you can do great and mighty things if you believe in him, however, before you do you must have accepted him as your Lord and personal saviour.
John 14:12 NIV Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these because I am going to the Father.
Final verdict
Let our hearts be with the family of Billy Graham and his family as we mourn with them. But there is hope for sure that he is at peace and at the right-hand side of God the father.
Now you have the assurance in Christ that you can do great and mighty things than many great men of God that have passed on.

He was indeed a beacon for the christian faith
Absolutely, he has set a pace for believers to follow. What a great preacher of the Gospel.
His work here is done and it is time to rest with the Lord. Being an inspiration to so many, this is indeed a huge loss to the christian body on earth. May God's peace and love engulf around the family to comfort them!
Even so, we pray to be so used by God, to do as much and even surpass our fathers in promoting the truth and bringing people to salvation.
