The nature of a quality leader is seen in the principles they set for themselves, full with lots of innovative idea, a person who try to unite each and everyone on the block chain with the gospel of christ, someone i which i could have a table talk with, not a leader who want to have things done all by himself, his philanthropy is something no man can ever beat and that honour and humble man is @sirknight and a lot want to be like this knight, having him as a mentor, brother and friend... I took it upon myself to mimic his way of life and knowing these characteristics of a knight which I choose to share with you all. It will be nice if we all replicate his way of life.
Rules For A Knight
1. Solitude
Make time alone with yourself. When looking for the astuteness and lucidity of your own psyche, hush is a useful device. The voice of our soul is delicate and can't be heard when it needs to contend with others. Similarly as it is difficult to see your appearance in disturbed water, so too is it with the spirit. Peacefully, we can detect endlessness dozing inside us.
2. Humility
Never declare that you are a knight, basically act as one. You are superior to nobody, and nobody is superior to you.
3. Appreciation
The main smart reaction to the continuous endowment of life is appreciation. For the sum total of what that has been, a knight says, "Bless your heart.
4. Pride
Never imagine you are not a knight or endeavor to lessen yourself since you consider it will make others more agreeable. We indicate others the most regard by offering the best of ourselves.
5. Collaboration
Every single one of us is strolling our own street. We are conceived at particular circumstances, in particular places, and our difficulties are remarkable. As knights, understanding and regarding our uniqueness is imperative to our capacity to tackle our aggregate quality. 13. Liberality
You were conceived owning nothing and with nothing you will go out of this life. Be cheap and you can be liberal.
14. Teach
In the field of fight, as in every way, you will execute as you rehearse. With training, you fabricate the street to achieve your objectives. Magnificence lives in tender loving care. Give your everything, constantly. Try not to spare anything for the walk home.The better a knight readies, the less eager he will be to surrender.
15. Commitment
Conventional exertion, normal outcome. Make strides every day to better take after these principles. Be immovable. The iron block outlives the sledge.
16. Discourse
Try not to talk sick of others. A knight does not spread news that he doesn't know to be sure, or censure things that he doesn't get it.
17. Confidence
Here and there to see more, you have to know less.
18. Uniformity
Each knight holds human uniformity as a resolute truth. A knight is never present when men or ladies are being corrupted or bargained in any capacity, in light of the fact that if a knight were available, those submitting the harmful demonstrations or words would be made to stop.
19. Love
Love is the true objective. It is the music of our lives. There is no hindrance that enough love can't move.
20. Demise
Life is a long arrangement of goodbyes; just the conditions should amaze us. A knight frets about appreciation for the life he has been given. He doesn't fear passing, for the work one knight starts, others may wrap up.

This is the part most people fail to understand.... Appreciation, when you appreciate God for what he has done in your life you are automatically going to open doors for more blessings and note the previous one will be permanent. Remember the story of the 10 lepers only one came back to appreciate Jesus and the bible said he was totally cleansed.
The Knight, my mentor who possess leadership qualities we should all try to emulate.
He has been a teacher who rewards good work and ingenuity, i pray the Lord continue to provide him with the strength to take the church to greater heights.

These qualities is what I will like to possess personally they are admirable qualities believe me you a knight should learn to create alone time for himself probably to sort things out to be specific I mean quality time meditation.
A knight is supposed to be humble not proud and being free with everyone around him not forgetting his noble calling because his place can be misplaced,talking about pride it goes before a fall
He should also learn to be satisfied with himself,that he should bless his heart and not let his shortcomings bring any sense of overwhelm,he is also to have the ability of collaboration in other words cooperation he should be able to partner with the spirit of unity, oneness,togetherness in other people.
In addition he should have the attitude of pardon to overlook like compassion and this can only be displayed if he possess the virtue of tolerance ,he should be strong
To stop all the qualities of a knight are quite interwoven having one virtue is because of another virtue behind the scenes.
Most times I feel like we ought to be very great men and most of all possess a philanthropic nature but why be these things when you can have them all in one. Why not be a knight like the "sir of all knights"
