JOHN3:16-19
3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
All sinners are still loved by jesus, jesus still see that as his own.
The main purpose jesus coming was not for the righteous but for unrighteous once.
*YES, every sinners are condemn already but there is hope for them if only the can believe in him that loved them.
*Every sinner are carrier of God's potential in them but they don't know.
- every righteous man today was once sinner before God's mercy reach us.
These are some things we don't carry in our mind whenever we go out for evangelism, most time we go out there condeming sinners of their sin. That is not what jesus thought us about evangelism.
I kept on saying that sinners are jesus lover, yes, they deserved condemnation but christ still see hope in them.
John
4:16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.4:17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:4:18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.4:19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet..
Now looking at this scripture now, this woman has been condemn by her people, but she saw hope in christ.
Still in this scripture, I see RELATIONSHIP as the major key to evangelism. Jesus knew through the spirit of decernment who this woman is, but fir him to deliver what he has for her, there is need for him to creat this atmostphere of friendship her.
*Sinners are jesus lover, sinners are not to be criticize but to be prayed for..
*sinners are not to be hate but to be loved. - sinners are not to be condemn but to be redeem.
There is a cry out to pray for sinners to be redeem, there is a call for evangelism, there is need for us to make friend with them.
CONCLUSION
2Corinthians
4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. We can trace the ignorance of sinners to this scripture, yes, their mind has been blind by the gods of this world. And if the eyes of a man be blind, determine the level of darkness the man's life.
(I quote this from OSWALS JOHN SMITH)
He said " God did not ask us to christianize the world but to evangelize the world". Now I see this that we should not be at rush to preach to many that few will repent or non at the end of the day during evangelism but we need to build relationship with sinners during our evangelism so that it can help us to disciple for christ. Accounding to LUKE15:10 that say, Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. I learn this from this scripture that the minimum soul to be won in a day is one so as to give us time to build relationship during evangelism.
If we carry this mindset, in our evangelism there is hope of heaven to all sinners. My special thanks @sirknight, for this platform to share God's word to the people. God bless you sir and the entire steemchurch community and the leadership of this community. God bless you all. I also want to thank my direct boss @uyobong for showing me this path to work on. A big thanks for my friend @kufray for introducing me to @telos and the rest God bless you all.
