John 6:1-14
1 After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias. 2 And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased. 3 And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples. 4 And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh. 5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? 6 And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do. 7 Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little. 8 One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him, 9 There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many? 10 And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand. 11 And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would. 12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. 13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten. 14 Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world.
One of the lies of the fallen angel, which each offspring of God must reject, is that you don't have anything great in your grasp that can convey benefit to your life. To sustain this lie, the fallen angel may trivialize that endowment of God in you as if nothing considerable can leave it. In spite of this lie, in Job 8:7, the Holy Spirit says to you: “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.”
Our memory verse likewise urges us not to scorn the day of little things. This was the issue with the unrewarding worker in Matthew 25:14-30. He thought he was not sufficiently given abilities to exchange with thus he proceeded to cover up what he was given. The outcome of this was even the ability he was at first given was detracted from him, and he was rebuffed for being sluggish, slothful and disobedient.
Dearest, what is that physical or profound blessing you are looking down on? The Lord requesting that I instruct you to esteem it well with the goal that it won't be detracted from you. Is it true that you are given a task that you think deprecates your status in the Church or in your mainstream work environment? If it's not too much trouble grasp it and do it as unto the Lord. In John 6:1-14, we read of how the pupils about missed the wonder of duplication since they couldn't perceive how five portions and two fishes could be utilized to sustain a few a great many individuals. The dowager in 2 Kings 4:1-7 additionally had a fabulous wellspring of wage, yet she didn't have any acquaintance with it until the point when the Lord showed benevolence toward her and drove her to Prophet Elisha, who opened her eyes to the "oil well" in an edge of her home!
Another exercise from the nourishing in the desert is the gift connected to giving. Envision if the kid in this story had declined to discharge his fish and bread under the supposition that it was too little to sustain the large number! A few people pass on in wretched destitution since they are niggardly. They decline to give from what they have untill they end up tycoons and have enough to save! Numerous individuals feel that they require millions preceding they can begin a business that will prompt budgetary leap forward. Dearest, you should simply to solicit God what line from move you should make. Request that he lead the pack and to be your senior accomplice while you take after. I ask that the Lord God of increment will build you this season in Jesus' Name.
SAY THIS PRAYER:
Father, please increment the little I have today in Jesus' Name.
