Matthew 11:28-30,
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Jesus longs to give you the gift of rest,in your heart and your soul.
Find peace in the midst of this troubled world and it can begin with you searching for Him and accepting Him as your Redeemer.
*let Him carry your burdens
*trust Him that He will lead you through
*walk and have faith that every step you take His with you.
*find time and block the noise of this world just to talk to Him.Change your worry into prayer,close the eyes of your soul and turn away from all those thoughts of worry and put your self in His care.
God enjoys any amount of time we spend with Him with our whole heart and soul.
Our Saviour offers to be with us in every trial we face. Sometimes He removes the difficulties that weigh us down, while at other times, He lifts the burdensome feelings that accompany our trials. But when we surrender to Him,He walks with us through the hardships and suffering, giving us the grace and strength to endure. When we place ourselves under the yoke of His lordship(submit to Him), we will discover that His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Therefore, His compassion and mighty power will carry us through and deliver us from all troubles(Psalm 34:19).
Just pray to Him and say;
Father,here i am today.I am exhausted and worn out.
Your child is here ready to seek you and i know i will find rest in you.I surrender all to you.Let your will be done.in Jesus' name i pray.amen
