When a leader is insecure he wants to avoid empowering others for fear of doing it wrong, or they will be wrong, but the truth is that if he delegates, the whole organization will benefit, starting with the leader himself. The best way to delegate is to train leaders of your collaborators. Teach them by example to make decisions as if they were the chief executives of their areas of work. When the leader multiplies, forming other leaders; the organization begins to take an unstoppable momentum that impacts its entire business system, a new leadership culture begins to consolidate leaving a legacy of new master leaders.
