God is Omnipotent. God doesn't need our prayers, We pray so that the hurdles coming our way in near future go away.
Ever wondered why God commands us to pray to him and worship him, if He doesn't need any of it? The simplest answer to that is that God tests us with wealth, with poverty, with sickness or with health. We are here for test, we are here to prove ourselves worthy of Heaven in the ever long afterlife. So, work for it, work to please God almighty.
God is the most forgiving, God forgives every sin, If you ask for it with clean heart. God Loves man more then seventy mothers. So return to God, its not too late. This life is short. There is an afterlife, an unending afterlife. So better prepare for it. I am a Muslim.
whatever I have written is based on my Islamic belief. But there is not much difference in Christian belief as well. I believe no Christian can object on any line above. Because the concept of God in both religions is same.
My most work here on #steemchurch is to create harmony between Muslims and Christians. So lets unite on whats common between us and live happily.
