Hey guys, service was great today. I felt God's blessings upon my life during it and in the spirit of giving, I want to share what I was blessed with in church today.
God's Blessings and Divine Ways to Connect and Step into These Blessings
As believers, we have a heritage in God through Christ Jesus and God has already prepared untold, manifold blessings for us.
Sadly, many believers operate way under these blessings as the devil, our adversary, continues to make this happen by
- Making us live in sin
- Making us break or disregard God's laws and commandments
- Bringing problems and strife our way.
God is always around and within us, ready to guide us into his manifold blessings once we turn to Him.
Here are Five Ways to Connect to These Blessings
Bible Reading
John 14:1-3, Romans 8:28- 30, 1 Peter 2: 9-10, Genesis 32:26, Luke 6:38
You Must Be In God
Being in God here means you must be born again. You must accept that Christ died for your sins and he is the only true savior.
You Must Remain in God and be Firm in Him
It is not unheard of for believers to stray to their old ways once they receive just a little blessing.
To receive abundantly from God, you must remain firm in Him always.
Knowledge and Insight
There are secrets and knowledge that you don't acquire by virtue of becoming a believer. You have to seek these out and pay the price to acquire them.
Some of these includes:
- Knowledge to operating in God's divine favour.
- The secret of good health.
- The secrets if financial prosperity, among others.
Rebel Against Your Present Position
Desiring a change is not enough to get you that change. You have to be active and rebel against that 'but' in your life.
If you are satisfied with where you are God won't be committed to change your position.
You can rebel by going to God in prayer, by fasting, or through praise.
*Giving"
You have to give to connect to the blessings of giving. There are divine laws of prosperity and one of the keys to open this door is to give and to do so often.
Tithing and Offering
There is so much debate in the kingdom about the wisdom and logic of tithing. But this is a spiritual law that remains unnegotiable.
Tithing is commanded of God. You have to give a tenth of your income back to Him and when you do so, he puts a spiritual edge around you and rebukes the devourer for your sake.
Bringing an offering into God's house is bringing meat into His house and he releases divine blessings to you for doing so.
Nice one. Paying your tithe honestly and giving out diligently is the easiest way to receive abundant blessings however most people are not honest with their tithing which is quite appalling.
