when you fellowship in his presence there is fullness of joy there is this outburst of power from within you, you are termed to have a glorious transcending life after being in wondrous intimacy with God.
His power has always be manifested upon those who trust and worship him in truth and in spirit and ready to give him all the honour. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
Waiting on God, is when your attention is focused on Him and you wait quietly in His presence. It is a time to enjoy being with Him; the way you would enjoy spending time with a best friend.
