We are the generation of the microwave. We want to have everything immediately with the push of a button. However, in life we can not always expect instant results. Many times it has to spend a lot of time until our enterprise has reached maturity in which it will demonstrate the fruits we long for.
Many people abandon good projects simply because they did not have the patience to expect them to pay off. It is more painful when other people reap the fruits of all the efforts invested in the project, because the initial managers were not able to wait for the right moment.
