The Lord is my shepherd, nothing will be lacking (Psalm 23)

We are living very complicated days worldwide. But I want to talk about a specific country and that is what is called Venezuela, which is being particularly hit by the crisis that lives today. We have to recognize that we had become accustomed to living with many comforts and it is not bad, but we must learn to get ahead when the tests are presented, so today we have to say "tighten our belts" for many this is complicated.

This situation is exasperating for many people, there are many who decide to go to other places in search of better things, we see every day many Venezuelans leave their borders, leaving behind families, friends, jobs, dreams. However, the word of God reminds us of one of the most beautiful peculiarities of our heavenly father, His care for us.

The psalmist says that God acts as a shepherd, who does not let his flock pass need, He leads his sheep to the place where there is a shepherd, protects us from any animal that wants to attack us and seeks refuge for us if necessary, for those day we should look for our creator, no matter what need you are going through remember what his word says in Psalm 23.

This is a real challenge to abandon ourselves to the care of God when your family leaves the country, you are unemployed, the money you have does not give you anything, your fridge is empty, but that is what life consists of, in the challenges that day day we are willing to perform. But you know something? God has promised that if we seek his care, we will find him and we will be able to say confident. With God, nothing is missing!

The greatest need of the human being today is in his heart, there are many who live empty of God and hope, but really when we invite and accept Christ to dwell in our interior and govern our life, then all needs will be met.

Although at times it may seem that you are separated from what has been your great source of comfort, security or provision, remember: God always satisfies your need.

Jesus Christ knows that you have need.
