It is good both to hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.
text:Lamentations 3:25-27
25 Good is Jehovah to the one hoping in him, to the person who keeps seeking him. 26 Good it is to wait in silence for the salvation of Jehovah. 27 Good it is for a man to carry the yoke during his youth
You may have heard over and over again that God is good and that all His promises can be trusted, but have you ever had a personal encounter that made this so real to you?The bible tells of an Israeli family in the book of Ruth; a man named Elimelech, his wife Naomi and their two sons who lived in the land of Bethlehem in Judah.
There are times when God plants us somewhere and it is not rosy at all. Like this Israeli family that left a place of divine promise and went in search of greener pastures. The land of Moab may have been so attractive at the time but they could not see that it also had the capacity to terminate the future. In that supposedly good land of Moab all the male seed of this family died. When Naomi eventually returns to Bethlehem, she returns not only as a widow but also as a childless woman.
Maybe like Elimelech and his family you have left a purposeful job because it is not paying as much as you desire for now, or you have left or intend to leave a great relationship because there is no much to write home about for now. l want you to know one thing for sure that if God Has planted you in that place, no matter how bleak the future may look for you now; God will always visit you once again like he revisited Bethlehem and gave them an abundance of bread. This family forgot that the God who has promised is But how can we deal with the evil of gossip and idle words? Confrontation is just what the situation demands. In Matthew l8:15, jesus commanded us, "lf your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you". If he does not listen, we are to approach him again with one or two others, hoping to find reconciliation. If he will not listen to them we are to bring it to the church. By the same token jesus tells us to confront the brother who bears some grudge against us
text:Matthew 5:24
leave your gift there in front of the altar, and go away. First make your peace with your brother, and then come back and offer your gift
If we are to avoid the destruction of slander we must be "up front" with one another, earnestly seeking to resolve our differences.
This is not an easy thing because it means that we are not right after all but like jesus recommends, it is a more excellent way..
God's time is indeed the best. We do not want to engage in spiritism because we are looking for something, maybe the fruit of the womb. It would be wise to wait on God.
Thanks for your contribution.

It is always good and profitable to wait for the lord because he alone can bless you without any negative outcome. That is indeed contrary to that of Satan, who lures people into thinking that what he does is for their benefits. Thanks for sharing.

Those that wait patiently upon God always have good testimonies to share after everything, because God will never put those that wait upon Him to shame.
We just have to put on positive attitude while waiting.
Waiting is not just something we have to do while we get what we want. Waiting is the process of becoming what God wants us to be. What God does in us while we wait is as important as what it is we are waiting for. Waiting, biblical waiting, is not a passive waiting around for something to happen that will allow us to escape our troubles. Waiting does not mean doing nothing. It is not fatalistic resignation. It is not a way to evade unpleasant reality.
Those who wait are those who work, because they know their work is not in vain. The farmer can wait all summer for his harvest because he has done his work of sowing the seed and watering the plants. Those who wait on God can go about their assigned tasks, confident that God will provide the meaning and conclusions to their lives and the harvest to their toil. Waiting is the confident, disciplined, expectant, active, and sometimes painful clinging to God. It knows that we will reap a reward.
When Jesus told his disciples to wait in Jerusalem, he was telling them that that this was a means of experiencing his peace, his prosperity, and his power. In waiting they would catch the wind of God's Spirit. In waiting they would see God move.
Waiting on to God profits those who can do such. Even after praying for something God expects us to hold on to our faith.
The scripture say ...But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.(Isa 40:31)
My dear brothers and sisters, it is a good thing to wait on the lord. Rmember , God time is the best.
What a wonderful right up. Thanks for educating us about waiting on the lord.

God is a faithful God that never disappoints: scriptures says those that put their trust in God shall never be ashamed.
Psalm 37:7 encourages us to: Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him...
Indeed, God is a reliable father.

Kind regards.
My dear siblings and sisters, it really is great to look out for the master. Rmember , God time is the best.
What a superb straight up. Much obliged for teaching us about looking out for the master
God's chance is to be sure the best. We would prefer not to take part in spiritism since we are searching for something, possibly the product of the womb. It is savvy to look out for God.
It is constantly great and productive to sit tight for the ruler since only he can favor you with no negative result. That is in fact in opposition to that of Satan, who draws individuals into believing that what he does is for their advantages. Much obliged for sharing.
