God does not choose because of our capacity, He sees the end from the beginning, He chooses based on the future. When Christ was choosing the disciples, He could see the capacity theu had, no wonder He told Peter who was a fisherman that He shall make Him fishers of men.
I strongly suppport you on this. Sometimes, we always think about our present status quo by underestimating our abilities. But hey! The good news is that it is different with with God. (He does not choose because of our capacity).
