When Yeshua said this, Lazarus came out of the tomb, Lazarus was resurrected. Yeshua knew the power of the tongue.
In Matthew 8: 5-13 a centurion approached Yeshua and told him that his servant was paralyzed and tormented, in verse 8b we can read:
