I think one of the important things in life is to maintain our interpersonal relationships well, to be able to count someone, whether friend or family member, will always be positive. When interpersonal relationships are damaged, it is very difficult for them to be back as they were at the beginning, so I would like to work today with basic keys on why to forgive and how forgiveness works in the restoration of interpersonal relationships.
Be brave and intelligent: I think it takes a lot of courage and a lot of intelligence to forgive, because it's about understanding that even though there was someone who damaged me, I can't let them keep doing it.
That your life doesn't revolve around another: Focusing on oneself is not allowing them to keep hurting you, that is, not allowing me to do it to you again. When you focus on yourself, you understand that no matter what damage they did to you or who did it to you, it matters to feel good and get ahead.
Think about the benefits of healing: I think forgiveness is a decision, that you should make free and always trying to be happy, so try to imagine your life without the current pain you have and think you need to make the decision to forgive , with your mind set on your well-being.
Forgiveness must be given even without being asked, for it is not a gift given to another person, but to oneself, remember that being able to remember without pain and recover the peace that you lost a long time ago, are valuable treasures that are worth finding , that will always help to heal and be happier.
