One day a boat captain and his rude chief engineer were talking.
They began to discuss who was more important of the two for the ship to sail.
As the discussion became heated, the captain decided that for a day they would change jobs. The chief engineer would be on the bridge and the captain in the engine room.
Only a few hours after starting the experiment, the captain left the engine room. He was sweating and his hands, his face and his uniform were full of grease and oil.

What nonsense in life is when we begin to believe that we are the only ones and that the world depends only on us. In life we are surrounded by people and each one has a vital role to develop. We need to learn to consider the other and know that each one is an expert in something and when we join the boat of life can leave. God has given us gifts and abilities to each one, but always let Him be the captain of the ship.

The reason you have a value is because of what God says about you, not because of what others say about you.
Many people lack self-esteem. They do not feel good about themselves because they are always promoting the kind of clothes they wear, the type of car they drive and the things they say. They are always bragging to feel better themselves, because they do not really accept themselves - that is rebellion against God.
If God wanted you to be someone else, you would not exist. But He loved you! He made you to be you. True self-esteem comes from three facts:
God created you.
Jesus died for you.
The Spirit of God lives in you.
The Bible says, "We are God's masterpiece. He created us again in Christ Jesus, so that we may do the good things that he prepared for us long ago. "(Ephesians 2:10 NLT)
You are not only loved; you are needed! The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 12: 4-6:
"There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of all of them. There are different ways to serve, but we all serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us. "(NLT)
You are needed You are needed in your church. You are needed in your community. You are needed in this world. If you were not needed, God would not have done it to you. He did not create you so you just sit down, soak yourself and then get bitter. He brought you here to make a contribution with your life. And we are all necessary. There are no small people in the family of God. Each part is necessary. Do you know what is the most important light in my house? It is not the big candlestick in the dining room. It's the little light that I turn on every night so that when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, do not hit me on the toe.
Each paper is important. You are important. You have a value because God said it and because he paid a very large ransom for your life when he sent His son Jesus to die on the Cross for you.

The story of the engineer and the captain is very interesting and thoughtful. We should all understand that we were all made with something special or unique. God never gave to one everything this life, he wanted us to depend on each other and see how important our fellow humans are.
God never gave to one person all gift in the church, He has distributed to us all by the aid of the Holy Spirit to use for the benefit of the church and we will go no where until we see the need for each persons gift in the church.

We have to trust, give thanks, commit, bet for Love, for the useless, the crushed, for the denunciation of so many situations of injustice, of indignity, of evil. The important thing is not the individual, but the collective. God wants it that way. God wants us to have faith, to respect the processes of people, not to judge anyone, He does not judge them, to announce His Kingdom. And that is not happening in this world that increasingly excludes more, that puts capitalist and neoliberal policies, in short, individualism, to people. No, God does not want that.
People need Love, we need to feel that we are important, that the World is a beautiful place, that our Father-Mother created for us, for me. That is the message of the Gospel, that is the force that has to impel us to be in life.
We are created with different ability. We have something special in us that God want us to use for the lifting, edification and glorification of God and helping people around us.
We have different gifts that God want us to use to promote the kingdom and for the growth of the church.
We need to always use what we have to help others and to do God's work.
There is always reasons why God do things and that is the same reasons God did not give all gifts to one man so that we can be useful
We are valuable to God !! We are your children, your precious treasure and possession !!
Our value does not depend on what others think of us or what we think of ourselves. The way God sees us determines our value.
There is an example that I read in a book and exemplifies this reality:
"A person outside the arts can throw a piece of art in the trash. Would that make the work worthless? ABSOLUTELY. The true value of the work is given by the observation and analysis of a collector, an artist, a scholar or someone who really knows the immense value of the work of art, unique in the world, different and invaluable that says: This is a invaluable work and I am willing to pay the highest price for it ".
For God our soul is worth more than the whole world! God sent His Son to the cross for love of us. He paid the high price. God accepts us and gives us the special value ... through His grace.

Knowing oneself means gaining increasing insight, intellectually and effectively, in heretofore secret parts of one's psyche. It is a process which may take years for a sick person who wants to be cured of his symptoms and a lifetime for a person who seriously wants to be himself. Its effect is one of increased energy because energy is freed from the task of upholding repressions; thus the more man is in touch with his inner reality, the more he is awake and free.

Very true as many Christians are only church goers, they don't partake in any activity in the church.
Some are not even known by the church, that's very bad.
We should always know that no matter what, we are always needed in our church, community.
We were created to make the world a better place, everyone have a role to play .

You will not serve God without giving God your precious time and sacrifice.

We need to trust, offer gratitude, confer, wager for Love, for the futile, the smashed, for the reprimand of such a large number of circumstances of foul play, of insult, of wickedness. The imperative thing isn't the individual, yet the system. God needs it that way. God needs us to have confidence, to regard the procedures of individuals, not to judge anybody, He doesn't pass judgment on them, to report His Kingdom. What's more, that isn't going on in this world that undeniably prohibits more, that puts industrialist and neoliberal strategies, to put it plainly, independence, to individuals. No, God does not need that.
For God our spirit is worth more than the entire world! God sent His Son to the cross for affection for us. He paid the high cost. God acknowledges us and gives us the uncommon esteem ... through His beauty.
every detail, every thing, every person and being alive is important, for something we are here and for something much bigger we are still, we just have to focus on the right path and fix our gaze towards the celestial greatness

God made everything perfect, we should only let ourselves be guided by what He wants us to be in this world, without being aware of what others are doing. Let's focus on it and we will receive all the wonders it has for us.
