Dios está en todo lugar y ve todo sobre la tierra, tanto a los buenos como a los malos (Proverbios 15:3). Aún el mismo Rey David habla de intentar huir del Espíritu de Dios al cielo o al las profundidades del mar, pero reconoce que aun allí la mano de Dios lo guiará (Salmos 139:7-10).
