Hello: I received a reply from you for my post on the Eight Immortals of China, I think you should do some research before you send out this kind of warnings, as all you show is you don't know what you are talking about.
Now let's put this into perspective, I like the topic it's quasi religious it involves spirituality and it makes you think and heck, maybe it's even true and those immortals are still around. Where you are wrong is implying I am plagiarizing this, you see the eight immortals are a legend, a myth a part of Chinese folklore, nobody has a copyright on them. This legend is about 2 or 3 thousand years old, I can copy the legend and I am not infringing any rights, because there are no rights everyone who writes something about them has a right to do so ,are virtually in public ownership, and it is not for me to change the wording of a legend, or do you want me to change Chinese folklore?
And something else, I thought most of the people here advocated anarchy and yet now we have a copy right police elected by no one in a place were no one likes government, do you really think this is right? Or is this just the way you found to achieve a personal or in your case a group gain?
