You have in excess of 50 links, to those who committed Plagiarism, tag spam, copy paste spam, and the other No-No's of abuse. The information in the manner presented is worthless for a quick perusal.
Just list the names followed by the number of and types of abuse they committed so I can start my own ignore/mute list from these abusive posters. I do not have the time to open up 50 or more links to get the abusers name in the event I do want to do something about it.

That cleaning bot flags without brains. What else would one expect. Plus there is no answer should one comment, as the article requests.
I witnessed 3 times already on several people how that bot failed.
Cheetah is the bot. It only flags know spammers/scammers that are on it's blacklist. If it just comments about similar content it upvotes not flags.
Steemcleaners comments/flags are all done by people not a bot.

What is the best up-to-date novice tutorial overall for beginner newbies?
Spam covers a few different things. It can be things like banner ads, referral links, repeating the same post, known scams, dangerous links (phishing/malware etc)
Comment spam can be comments with any of the above, or just spamming the same meaningless comments on many posts.
Would it not be better if you stopped up voting your own comments? You are already making a lot of money just with your reports.

Plagiarism will get you kicked out of many universities. Perhaps some haven't learned what that is and why it is illegal? If you use other peoples work, make sure to site the work so others know who gets the credit.
