RE: Daily Birding 📷 127 - Impromptu Contest!

I be counting some 34 little geese.
Otherwise since I live in Suburbia America, there isn't much of a biodiversity of birds. But for the birds I saw, I mainly see remarkably colorful sparrows. And they sing many a songs that most of the time I can just open up my window and let their noise fill my room. Lovely creatures they are.
Anyways, I see sometimes hawks hovering over my neighborhood and sometimes they just swoop in and take bunnies and attack foxes like its nothing. Gotta say, though their site is a once-a-month treat, when I see them I see how majestic they are. A soarin' brown avian hovering over their next victim is a sight to see for sure. Shame I never thought of taking a picture of them, but I guess if it's in my mind, then I will always remember it for what it was for sure.

Sometimes it is better just to observe than to photograph. They are something to watch at all times, but especially when they are hunting. The prevalence of unprotected bird feeders makes for great snacking places for raptors.
