Actually I wanted for you to ask if you can create more proposals on a testnet? At the moment it's showing me only one proposal and it is yours.
One you should use is that run currently by Steemit Inc.
Lately, it was re-initialized and currently there are no proposals there.

Lol. Thanks for the info. Why there are no updates from Steemit dev team on discord or Steemit blog regrading testnet? I think this is quite an important tool that is not used by people often unfortunately.

Thanks. Do you have any contacts with Steemit devs? Their code slightly differs from the one that blocktrades made and there's no documentation on proposals yet :)
