We don't have posts containing jobs offers but other social media gain a lot of users based on this concept/content.
Q: Are Steemeans not interested in this kind of content?

there is #steemgigs for stuff like that. but I think because we are such a small community still it's relatively easy for people who need help to pick and choose their helpers.
As soon as anyone starts building relationships and really adding value to the community they tend to get scooped up by various projects.
I would see the "jobs market" idea growing as our userbase does.
