Looking at the current trend, the Steem is going down for last few sessions. Poloniex had denied depositing the Steems and SBDs sometime. There is a good news in terms of HF19, but $5 is too optimistic target. May be in another 2 years from now, it can reach $5

Ive heard that they are meant to be the value of an actuall dollar, so Sbd is kindof out of sync right now and not supposed to be this high in theory
Anyones advice on this is going to be purely speculative -- but yes. Go mortgage your house 12 times over.
