The 55-minute audio message was published in his media group Al Furkan. However, Reuters could not confirm if the audio was al-Baghdadi or not. His previous audio was released in September last.

In this audio message, Al-Baghdadi thanked the attackers for the recent attack in Canada and Europe, saying they were 'Ladaku Singha'. At the same time, he threatened the United States and Russia and said that the jihadis are ready to spread 'panic' for them. Both countries have supported the operation against IS. The audio message is supposed to be greeted by Eid al-Azhar, the audio may be in recent times.

In Arabic, the statement said that victory or defeat for Mujahideen does not depend on possession of a city or superiority in the sky, intercontinental missiles or modern bombs. To the followers of Syrian cities, he said, 'O the army of the Khilafah ... you believe in Allah.'

IS captures the northernmost city of Iraq in June 2014. Then the Sun declares 'Khelafat' in Iraq and Syria to occupy most of the territory in the country. Till last year, the IS occupied Syria and Iraq in several areas. But in international cooperation, both countries have lost one area after another. It is believed that after the collapse of the self-proclaimed Islamic caliph of IS, he is now hiding in the Iraq-Syria border.
Al-Baghdadi urged to remain loyal to the leaders of this movement. At the same time, the people of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan called for the overthrow of their rulers. In the countries of the Middle East, Asia and Africa, they told their followers, "Allah wants to establish the caliphate." However, the Saudi government criticized the $ 100 million rebuilt to rebuild the Northeast region of Syria.

Al-Baghdadi warned, simultaneously the joint forces of Russia and the Syrian government will fall into Syria's Idlib city. This province is now only occupied by rebels.

In June, the United Nations Regional Humanitarian Assistant Coordinator warned that IS and other militant organizations were mixing with people of Idlib. This has created a 'terrible explosive' situation.

Since the ousting of IS from northern Iraq, the leader of the lieutenant has been killed or injured several times in the media. Earlier this year, IS News reported that a son of al-Baghdadi was killed in Syrian city of Homs.

But a Iraqi intelligence official said in May that al-Baghdadi is hiding in Syria on the Iraqi border. The United States has announced a reward of US $ 2.5 million to catch him.
