It is also good to add that butter can be used effectively for cooking, because of its high percentage of satured fats, 51gr each 100 gr, which after being cooked produce a just small amount of aldehydes, ( a sustance known because its capacity to increase the incidence of various types of cancer ), besides other oils that when used to cook are more harmful as corn oil, etc.
