Why not start planning a trip that'll allow you to cover Spain and Portugal! The weather will be great and @roelandp has it planned to the T. So the days 4-5 will also be a lot of fun. Time to live your dreams eh? I am living mine for sure Stella! :)

yes, time to start living our dreams. I am planning on doing that trip....to Barcelona, too.
