Imo, pushing a proposal like yours, however much it might be fueled by good intentions is basically meaningless in the long run. And even if it wasnt meaningless, id still think its a really bad idea that would be detrimental to everyone. Kevins a nice guy that likes to shower a lot but no matter how nice he might be its really not fair to cut everyone elses potential earnings, kill bot delegator earnings, allienate passive whales just so kevin, traf and 5 more whales would get a few more $.
I know you adjusted your proposal over the months since youve probably noticed that @dtube supporting curators with 25% more curation did almost nothing to change whale behavior. You still had @dtube and @kpine carrying most of the load for quality video content creators.
Passive stake holders will remain passive stake holders.
The focus should not be on internal change right now primarily because the markets dont care even in slightest, but rather on external reach and marketing efforts.
Im not sure if @timcliff is attending but he has some good ideas, though they could be expanded greatly if more whales and witnesses come together.
