@brian-rhodes, your philosophy on the present situation and how to go about it is exactly the same as mine and have been sharing this thought with quite a few people today already. This time, I don't even need to write, I just TOTALLY agree with you, word for word!

As we say in Quebec, patience is *"The Mother of All Virtues"!

Stay well, keep your smile and taking god care, Steem on and, more importantly as you already know and show us, thrive on!

Namaste :)

Thank you @eric-boucher . Maybe I picked it up from you since I've been following you for a while now! Ha! Remember... great minds think alike, but fools seldom differ! Nice to hear from you. Take care.

Nice summary! Good thing to go without an agenda, I did the same, to let life surprise me. And it was a huge surprise! :D

It was very nice to meet you there, best greets, Norman

Well said and love your positive attitude!

Thank you. Just carve out your little 'Pieds de terre' on Steemit, post interesting and original content, save a few Steem for the future and all will be well.

it was amazing to meet you Brian, thanks for your advice and your incredible stories. I will try to be patient as I wait to see these films realised, but at the same time, I really hope those producers just pull their fingers out and get you funded! You have a wonderful way of crafting character dynamics and your stories need an audience! :) x

@basilmarples Thank you for your kind comments. Pleasure meeting you Basil and looking forward to staying in touch.

Hola Brian!!! Gracias amigo estoy recién aprendiendo como funciona este sitio. Estamos en contacto!!!

It was cool to meet you at Steemfest. I agree it was really well run and we had a great group people. I made lots of new friends

Cool meeting you as well! I remember your handle. But, I must admit, I'm a little screwed up trying to match faces with handles since I accidentally deleted all my pics from Steemfest2. Arrgh! Stay well!

I'm not great with names and faces either. I think we just chatted briefly. I hope you made some good contacts

Try actually writing a comment. This won't get you far

You're missing the whole point! It's your comments that matter. Try again!

It was nice to meet you at Steemfest! My head is still buzzing :)

So is mine! I'm trying to match nicknames to faces. But I deleted all my SteemFest2 pics accidentally. I'm working on it. But, I'm sure it was a pleasure meeting you in Lisbon... and more so when I can remember your face!

Maybe this one will help you remember. I was the one that called you an old guy! I mentioned you in my latest post. https://steemit.com/steemfest/@misslasvegas/my-steemfest2-week-before-and-after-what-an-experience-part-3-finally-lisboa-registration-and-opening-night-drinks-steemfest-i-m

Fantastic! Ha! Now the connection! Let's stay in touch! You and the family take care and stay well!!!!

For sure we'll stay in touch. And hopefully we'll meet again next Steemfest. :) I'll be following your work.

Great stuff Brian!! Great meeting u in person! Really looking forward to this going forwards! And maybe you will treat us to the odd story about ur mining days on the way ;))

Or maybe the one where I headed into the Northern Ontario bush in the middle of nowhere with an idiot businessman who bragged he had a built in compass in his head! He wanted to find this trout lake. 6 hours in he was crying like a baby - lost! Took me 8 hours to walk him out! Damn city folks! ha! Lots of stories! :)

Good job there were no bears! I am sure there is a whole new blog page called Brian’s adventures up north in there somewhere ;))

Excellent post, beautiful words, "we must always stay positive", greetings from Venezuela.

@edurley Thank you. I think we met at SteemFest2 but I accidentally deleted all my pics from my cell so I'm running blind until I can piece things back together! Duh! Take care.

Tnx for sharing.
