Some blenders work well and food processors. I just purchased the Ninja system which has powerful food processor along with blender and smoothie maker. It is great as it has 1200 watt motor. I need the power and durability to make my nut butters.
Actually, i like having the pulp as it is more nutritious for your body but you can find juicers at costo,, walmart, amazon, etc. You can find some fairly cheap. If you don't want the pulp in the carrot juice, you can always strain it.

But you'll get a lot of pulp using blenders though. Tried it when I make carrot juice.
