RaiderZ Online is Relaunching. "Development Roadmap" released.

Masangsoft is the company that has taken the risk to take over the re-release of RaiderZ, and they have released a "Development Roadmap" already, but sadly with no set time frames whatsoever.
After checking the Roadmap we can point out some of the top features they are planning to implement in this new version of the game:

• Advanced Combat System
• Open Class System
• Passive Skill System
• Trial Instance
• Item Renewal
• Quest Replace
• Fairness Microstransactions
• Epic Saga

Masangsoft is attempting to cull old elements of RaiderZ that didn't work as they supposed to for its players while still providing a similar experience that old and new players will enjoy. For those that never played or heard about RaiderZ, it's a action oriented fantasy MMORPG with an Open World and "Monster Hunting" theme, where you complete quest and slay monsters to use their 'loot' as materials to craft new pieces of equipment. Here's the trailer of the game when it first released through Perfect World Entertainment:

I'm particularly interested after reading about the rework of this specific features, as someone that spent a lot of time playing RaiderZ when it first came out I can say it wasn't perfect, the progression system and the problem of not having enough people to do Dungeon Runs (Which some of them were required to follow a specific Questline) was a little frustrating, but still it was a really fun experience. I'm a fan of action combat in MMO's and RaiderZ had a really fun Combat System, but repetitive nonetheless, so I hope Masangsoft takes care of all these issues. I'll have high hopes and probably will be playing this when it comes out!

Gigantic Shutting Down on July 31.

Gigantic's publisher, Perfect World Entertainment, posted and official statement announcing the upcoming closure of their Action MOBA . This month's update will be the last for Gigantic, though the servers will remain working until July 31, 2018.
This announce wasn't much of a shock for those who have been following the troubled game's development. This caused Perfect World to close already the studio behind Gigantic, Motiga Studio, back in November 2017.

They thanked all their long time players leaving all heroes for free on the store until its shut down date. The premium currency and Hero Packs have been disabled. The decision to close Gigantic still didn't come easy, this game offered a different take on the MOBA Genre and it's sad to see it shutting down.

"Discontinuing Gigantic was not an easy decision. The game is a unique and exciting experience that captured many hearts and minds. Unfortunately, it did not resonate with as many players as we’d hoped".

This Free-To-Play tactical shooter from Aeria Games has launched its Open Beta!
Iron Sight is a Traditional Korean Lobby shooter similar to Alliance of Valiant Arms and Combat Arms. Closed beta began on November 14, 2017 and ran until February 1, 2018.

Ever since Neowiz Games Launched Black Squad on Steam, there's been a lot more Free-To-Play Lobby Shooters coming out. Black Squad remains the most popular F2P Korean Lobby Shooter in the west, but given Iron Sight's production value, it has potential to steal its place.

Diablo Creator, David Brevik, reveals his newest game.

Former Gazillion and Blizzard North president, David Brevik, has been in the shadows for quite some time, but it's coming back with a new game of its own. If the name doens't ring a bell, Brevik is the man behing Diablo, Hellgate: London, and Marvel Heroes. He has been working hard developing a new game through his Graybeard Games Studio called It Lurks Below.

It Lurks Below is a side-scrolling 2D pixel-art action RPG which looks to be a mix between Diablo and Terraria. The game combines Diablo's Dungeon Crawling mechanics with Sandbox worlds typical of the voxel-based construction games such as Minecraft. In a recent interview with Polygon, Brevik said that he's a big fan of open world games like Terraria, Minecraft, and Starbound and that he wanted to "add something of his own to the genre".

“I wanted more of a point to a lot of those games. I wanted to make an RPG, with classes and leveling up, random items, where you get more and more powerful as you go down into the core of the world and fight baddies.”

It Lurks Below is scheduled for Launch on Steam later this year with a closed beta line up for this weekend. Sadly, all closed beta slots are full, but there will be a stream where Brevik will be playing the game this weekend on the Graybeard Games Studio official Twitch Channel. The Stream starts on Friday, February 2nd at 9PM PT.

Nintendo Announces 'Mario Kart Tour', a Mobile Game.

Mario Kart Tour is expected to be released something between March 2018 - March 2019 though we'll likely see it sometime this year for both Android and Apple's iOS.

Mario Kart Tour will be Nintendo's 5th mobile game, following Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp and Miitomo.
Although Miitomo is scheduled to shut down on May 9th, Nintendo's other mobile games have been performing really well. Fire Emblem Heroes in particular has been a huge success, it had a 'first year anniversary' for celebration!

Unfortunately there's not much information available at the moment on Mario Kart Tour, but the Mario Kart franchise is one of Nintendo's most successful. We are certain that the game will attract millions of people, and the simple gameplay mechanics should work well on mobile.

"The checkered flag has been raised and the finish line is near. A new mobile application is now in development: Mario Kart Tour! #MarioKartTour Releasing in the fiscal year ending in March 2019."

Now, on the side notes:

Counter Strike: Global Offensive's Dragon Lore Skin was sold for more than $60,000: One of the costliest digital goods transactions to date took place earlier this week when a user on OPSkins purchased a CS:GO sniper skin called 'Dragon Lore' for $61,052.63.

Dota 2 Promises Updates every 2 weeks: Over the next 6 months, everyone can look forward to more regular updates of DOTA 2. The new schedule will be providing new content more often, instead of the normal updates in which large quantities of content, patches, and bug fixes were dropped a few times a year. This is not intended to be permanent, however.

Top F2P PC games by Revenue in 2017: SuperdataResearch released their 2017 Year in Review report earlier this week and they revealed the top Free-To-Play Games by revenue. Let's take a look:
