Beautiful quote. I like it a lot. I recall a point in my life where I had lost my way. During that process I recall harking back to times in my childhood to identify characteristics of my being that seemed to be implicitly 'me'. This reminds me in some ways of that process of seeking the 'inner child', which I would equate to the distilled essence of who we are before experience and circumstance moulded us into something else.
