Over the past few years, humans from different parts of the world have been on different quests. One quest which keeps getting more interesting by the day is that quest for Knowledge.
Unfortunately, most people are knowing more, acquiring knowledge at a very intriguing rate, but are failing to learn
What' essence of knowing if one doesn't understand. How can knowledge be applied if one doesn't understand.
Understanding the principle behind a particular phenomenon or procedure is more important than just knowing about the procedure.
There are various areas in which understanding "this-and-that" is very important for relevance. One example is in music. A lot of musicians know how to do this and that but hardly understand the basis of such technique.
Understanding the bases of techniques in music makes creativity in music easier and much classier.
Another example we could all relate with is navigation and life on steemit. A number of people (especially newbies) know about terms used here, but very few understand, despite being able to read through the welcome guide. Then, not everyone has what it takes to make someone else understand what is being explained. Some are better than others at this.
There are those who transfer knowledge much more effectively than others.
If you're finding it difficult to understand some things, (even here on steemit) feel free to ask others for explanation. Life is made easier that way.
In your quest for knowledge, do well to get understanding too
Keep steeming!!!
