NTP errors have been well handled in the code, so the error messages can be ignored.
"unlinkable block" messages are normal during syncing.
The best way to check if your miner is OK, is to connect a cli_wallet to it, and type info.

Thanks. I got him going again. He just had a bad day.
I get the same unlinkable_block_exception error a lot of time but the miner continues despite the error. I used the info command at cli_wallet and It showed the list of miners. My name was not in the list. What does it mean?
Does that mean that my miner is mining but not getting any steem?
Edit - Sorry, I used the command get_miner_queue to check the miner's list.
