I uploaded my pictures to my website and then embedded them using Markdown. Here's an example URL: http:/ashleystutoring.com/Blogging/garden/IMG_6766.JPG
If you click on my posts, the pictures are visible, but the thumbnails aren't showing up in the summaries of the posts. But if I use imgsafe, the pictures and the thumbnails both work.
This isn't a huge problem because I can easily switch to imgsafe or ipfs, but I'm confused, so if anyone does know why this is happening, please respond. Thanks!
The thumbnails are fine with imgsafe. That's so weird.
I'm having the same problem, did you figure it out?
Must be https://
But it's http://, as far as I know. Argh.
Hi, Karishma here. I had the same issue. I fixed it by adding the following:
<img src="https://scontent....." To do this, click on Edit --> Raw HTML. This will put you in Editor mode. This should work fine. Let me know how it goes.. Upvote and follow me.. https://steemit.com/technology/@karishma/omg-it-happened-to-meCan you tell me a step by step
I do this. I pull my image off my facebook page onto my desktop then drag and drop it onto the blogpost. It's the simplest method I've found so far without using any html.
