How it works.
Babysense Petite Clip operates in a way that when no tummy movement is detected, it activates it own soft stimulation which in normal circumstances should stimulate baby’s movements. When this is done, this product will go back to it monitoring mode but if after 5 second of soft stimulation and there’s still no movement done by the baby, Babysense Petite Clip will sound an alarm warning the parents or guardians of the baby.

Had to check the link to be sure of the kind of baby you were referring to. Even though the innovator meant well with this product, I really do not see any need to artificially stimulate babies in the womb to move. Just as we humans don't like to be disturbed while sleeping, babies like their peace too and a disruption to their natural stimulus movement might not be good for them.
