RE: NativeScript - Building a mobile applications based javascript

in #steemhunt6 years ago

Hi, friend! You didn't post any link for this product so I have to make a search even though a know a thing or two about this framework. Here's my personal description about it:

Pros

  • It's open-source which allow you to make contributions to its community.
  • It's based on Javascript and Typescript. This is great because if you're familiar with the language it will make u easier to understand who the workflow is.
  • You can build progressive web apps web apps (PWA) no native apps based on a single OS like Android or Apple.
  • It supports the Integration of Vue.JS and Angular.JS.
  • It have native components for the UI and improve the UX performance.

Cons:

  • The abstaction for the cross-platform deal is kinda mess.
  • As this is in its early state of building, for now it's better to keep with other PWA Languages.

In the future, might be a greter option as long its comunnity keep growing and the issues that might have for this time.
