Pros:

Offline is hugely essential. We've had so many travels where we can only Google things when we're back at the hotel, not when you're actually in the moment and wanting to learn.
Creating a personal itinerary is awesome... it's such a simple thing, but it's so easy to lose track of your plans.
It looks like their support team is pretty active.

Cons:

It seems to main concentrate on tourist attractions, which is the point, obviously, but the ability to search for nearby restaurants, banks, etc would really increase the usefulness.
