"just the app i need!" - typical response

Pros:

  • Harnesses the power of habit for better mental health.
  • Simple intuitive app with amazing UI/UX.

Cons:

  • yet another app on the phone.
  • available only for Mac users

Overall:

  • If apps can objectively solve problems 100%, my life will be 1000x better. While having an app is certainly a good helpful. Having good mental health takes much more than an activity. It requires holistic change and fixing the root cause of an unhealthy mindset in order to solve it.
