Pros:
- Harnesses the power of habit for better mental health.
- Simple intuitive app with amazing UI/UX.
Cons:
- yet another app on the phone.
- available only for Mac users
Overall:
- If apps can objectively solve problems 100%, my life will be 1000x better. While having an app is certainly a good helpful. Having good mental health takes much more than an activity. It requires holistic change and fixing the root cause of an unhealthy mindset in order to solve it.
