Pros:

  • Free
  • Interesting information regarding your vitamin D sources
    Cons:
  • Single purpose app
  • As a family physician I know it is not difficult to know if you are getting good sources of vitamin D, they are only 3, diet, supplements and sunshine
  • It may be more reasonable to take an inexpensive vitamin D supplement daily.
    Summary: Cool but not really very useful for health.
