LumiLor is the name of the paint for this product.
Since they have a lot of dealers that can be found here, example from this dealer. so i choose to use the official website lumilor.com. and for mass production need, they already have form here ContactDear @teamhumble,

lumilor appears to be a conductive paint, it has many applications, many products, but i did not see you hunt a product, but the technology of the product, not it's application on a product that we can buy -- if the product is the paint then it's PG2 -- because it's just a conductive paint? i did not see any innovation in this product.
