Breathing is the key to a healthy living, both mind and body.
And having this up everywhere that simply supports us breathing correctly is like having a personal doctor at any time.
Yeah I totally agree! Its amazing how something essential for living can make a huge difference in terms of quality of life.
So this is a thing now, well it is a great innovation though I see patents getting even smaller and effecient, Valuable stuffs are became more handy and pocket size. With this we can handfully monitor our breathing and be more mindful to ourselves. Keep up the good hunt.
