Thank you.

done Dr. Monajam LOl :joy: Thanks for the review.

I have been using maxiclimber for almost a year in rotation with rebounding and dumbbell and cross training workouts. The maxiclimber machine has gotten real easy to the point that I have to do it very fast to feel like I have worked out. However within the first 6 months of myself using the machine, it was challenging.

I feel like the more I lower the top movable hand bars, the more tired I get. It just seems to feel more difficult when I lower the adjustments and hurts my knees however, it feels like my upper body gets more of a workout when the handlebars are extended higher Do you know whether I’m just making it more easier and therefore losing less calories or is that a better way of exercising the whole body ?

I just got my maxi climber and lost 3 lbs in one week. This workout is great as you don't realize that you've worked out for 20 minutes. Nicely paced and great commentary throughout.

I've been using a Maxi Climber for a few weeks and love it, but I must ask: is Maxi Climber harmful to the lower back, especially the lumbar? My back has been aching a little bit lately and I can't think of what else might be causing it...

Congratulations!
