Most people know and understand the value of sleep; but for one reason or the other, a lot of people are unable or cannot afford the time to get adequate sleep.

Introducing the phillips smart sleep! This might look like a random ugly head band, but this is a new wearable device that has been clinically proven to help you draw more energy from your night sleep. This device has in built censors it attaches to your brain in order to identify your brain activity.Once the brain activity is identified and deep sleep is detected, the brain activity is then shared with a mobile app the smart sleep is connected to.

The Speakers in the headband begins to play quiet tones in a repetitive pattern in relation to the pattern of the brain activity. The tone is so quiet, that it won’t even wake you up.

The repetitive quiet tone being played is supposed to reinforce the deep sleep that your in and help you maximize and get more energy from your sleep, without extending the period of sleep.

This is a drug free sleep enhancement technology, and according to phillips; 70% of the people who have used it have testified to being less tired and sleepy during the day, and feeling more energized after waking up from sleep.

If your one who doesn’t have the luxury of time to sleep for at least 8 hours daily, or you always feel really tired and sleepy during the day, you should give this a try as it has been clinically proven, and has lots of great ratings.

A device created by Philips to help people that have problems sleeping, and increase their sleeping quality.

Pros:

• looks comfortable to wear
• they state that it was developed with the help of doctors and researchers
• improves sleep effectiveness
• reduces the sleepiness during the day

Cons:

• the price of it it's huge 400$

• Too light to carry any where during traveling
• New technology that will gives you drug free sleep nor more need of drug to get proper sleep

Excellent hunting. This great product, nowadays is indispensable since every time we have less time to sleep.

Pros:

• It is made of soft and flexible materials, which makes it uncomfortable at bedtime.
• Optimizes time for people with a hectic lifestyle
• When the device is turned on, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned off to avoid long-term brain damage.

Cons:

• It is only optimal for people between 18 - 50 years.
• It has a range of medical approval a little low, the quality standards of a product are + 85% approval while this only has a + 70%.
