It reduce costs and it is considerably flexible. Data is not shared among network nodes. There is a good degree of privacy and security. There are many other features that sensible people are looking for. Some of the stuff look like what Komodo platform is trying to do. It is great to see that people are innovative and coming up with new technologies. But on the other hand ULedger technology has not been battle tested. So we might have to wait a bit for that.
